YLJ-SPS-1200 Compact Spark Plasma Sintering Furnace with 1200°C Max Temperature and 100 MPa Pressure for Pellet Pressing

The YLJ-SPS-1200 is engineered to address the need for precise sintering and pressing of small pellets, typically ranging from 6 to 12.7 mm in diameter. It is particularly suited for applications involving battery materials, thermal components, electrical materials, and metallic powders. This compact spark plasma sintering (SPS) furnace enables controlled densification and consolidation of materials under combined high temperature and pressure conditions.

The furnace integrates a stainless steel vacuum chamber with an inner diameter and height of 315 mm, featuring a quartz observation window for process monitoring. It supports vacuum operation with multiple ports for vacuum pumps and measurement devices. Temperature is precisely regulated by a 30-segment programmable controller with ±1°C accuracy, reaching up to 1200°C with a maximum heating rate of 200°C per minute. Pressure is applied via a precision servo motor capable of up to 2000 Kgf load, maintaining constant pressure within ±0.5 Kgf accuracy, achieving a maximum pressure of 100 MPa on the graphite die.

Key Features

  • Maximum operating temperature of 1200°C with rapid heating up to 200°C/min.
  • Precision pressure control up to 100 MPa using a servo motor and PID feedback.
  • Stainless steel vacuum chamber with quartz window and multiple vacuum ports for flexible integration.
  • Includes a graphite die with 12.75 mm inner diameter; custom dies available on request.
  • Touchscreen interface for controlling temperature, pressure, and vacuum levels.
  • RS-485 communication port and software for PC-based operation and data logging.
