VBFMS316-110 Three-Electrode Molten Salt Reactor with Stainless Steel Vessel for Electrolysis and Battery Research up to 600°C
The VBFMS316-110 molten salt reactor is engineered for controlled laboratory investigations involving molten salt electrolysis and battery research. It accommodates complex electrochemical studies by integrating a three-electrode system within a corrosion-resistant stainless steel 316 reaction vessel. This setup enables precise control and monitoring of electrochemical reactions at elevated temperatures up to 600°C.
The reactor vessel measures Ø76 mm internal diameter, Ø70 mm external diameter, and 300 mm height, sealed with a DN80ISO-K flange that includes multiple feedthroughs. These ports support three electrodes (working, counter, and reference), a K-type thermocouple for in-situ temperature measurement, and gas inlet/outlet lines, facilitating controlled atmosphere experiments and real-time temperature monitoring.
