The YLJ-HP1818V is engineered to meet demanding laboratory and industrial requirements for hot lamination and pressing of materials requiring controlled heat and pressure. It is particularly suited for applications such as composite bonding, film lamination, and sample preparation where uniform temperature and precise force application are critical.
This model incorporates a manually operated hydraulic system capable of exerting up to 25 metric tons (250 kN) of pressing force. The press features two large 18″ × 18″ hardened steel platens with CNC-ground flat surfaces, each equipped with independent digital temperature controllers allowing precise temperature regulation up to 205°C for continuous operation and short-term peaks to 250°C. Higher temperature capabilities up to 400°C are available upon request as a custom option.
