The YLJ-CIP-300 is engineered to compact powders into dense ceramic rods, disks, targets, and solid-state pouch cells by applying uniform isostatic pressure. This electric cold isostatic pressing system utilizes a robust 80 mm internal diameter pressure vessel capable of withstanding pressures up to 500 MPa, enabling high-density sample formation with precise control.
The pressing force is generated by a separate 300 metric ton electric hydraulic pump station, which is controlled via a 7-inch touch screen panel. This interface allows programming of multi-segment pressure profiles, pressing speeds, and dwell times, ensuring repeatable and customizable pressing cycles. The system includes safety features such as a magnetic door latch and travel distance limit switches to prevent over-travel.

Optional accessories include a heating jacket for warm isostatic pressing and a transformer for 110V power supply compatibility.
