The saw housing is made from durable cross-linked polyethylene, which resists rust and requires only water for cooling, eliminating the need for oil-based lubricants.

The standard package includes five impregnated 4″ diamond blades. The vise is not included as of September 2020 and must be sourced separately if needed. For cutting softer materials such as plastics or certain metals, optional 4″ silicon carbide (SiC) blades are available at extra cost. To extend blade life, sintered diamond blades and specialized lubricants like Lube-150 can be ordered separately. The saw housing is removable for cleaning and trimming oversized slabs. Use water only for cooling; oil is not required. For applications requiring higher precision, consider low-speed precision diamond saw models such as SYJ-150 or SYJ-160.
