The PTL-MMB01 is engineered for laboratory-scale fabrication of uniform thin films by dipping substrates into coating solutions with precise control over immersion and withdrawal speeds. Equipped with a stepping motor and a single-board computer (SBC) controller, the system allows users to program dipping and pulling speeds between 1 and 200 mm per minute, as well as adjust the travel distance up to 200 mm. An integrated drying oven with stainless steel chamber and digital temperature controller supports curing processes at temperatures from 50 to 100°C with ±1°C accuracy, enhancing film quality and adhesion.
