The MSK-HRP-MR100DC includes standard steel rollers; ceramic and PTFE rollers are available as optional accessories. For lithium metal foil rolling, use high purity mineral oil as a lubricant to prevent sticking. After each use, clean roller surfaces with acetone and dry thoroughly to prevent rust. Apply anti-rust lubricant if the machine will be idle for extended periods. Avoid rolling materials harder than 50 HRC and do not exceed a thickness reduction of 0.02 mm per pass to protect roller bearings and sample integrity. The press is not designed for thick metallic materials or hazardous environments such as flammable gas atmospheres.
