The HPV3LH is engineered for laboratory applications that demand controlled high-pressure and high-temperature environments, such as hydrothermal synthesis or materials testing. This autoclave vessel supports pressures up to 20 MPa (200 bar) and temperatures reaching 200°C, enabling a wide range of chemical and physical processes under elevated conditions.
Constructed from corrosion-resistant SS316L stainless steel, the vessel features a 3-liter internal volume with options for larger 5-liter and 10-liter chambers. The vessel is housed within a resistance heating jacket that provides precise temperature control with an accuracy of ±1.0 °C. Two K-type thermocouples monitor temperature: one positioned externally for control and another centrally located inside the vessel for process monitoring.

구성 및 작동 안내
For enhanced safety, the autoclave must be operated inside an explosion-proof enclosure or isolated room when working at high pressures. Users should never face the top flange directly without protective measures to prevent injury in case of accidental release. The vessel flange bolts should be tightened using an electric impact torque wrench to the recommended torque of 300 N·m to ensure proper sealing without overtightening. Consumable graphite gaskets are included and should be replaced as needed.
Optional magnetic stirring and PC control modules allow for enhanced process control and remote monitoring. The PC control software is compatible with LabVIEW for integration into automated workflows.
