The furnace incorporates a three-zone internal heating system housed within a robust SS310 alloy vacuum chamber equipped with a water cooling jacket. The chamber dimensions are 220 mm outer diameter, 170 mm inner diameter, and 1200 mm length. A quartz tube (60 mm OD, 50 mm ID) is inserted into the heating zone, which measures 1020 mm in total length with a uniform temperature zone of approximately 450°C ± 2°C. Heating elements consist of FeCrAl resistance wire coated with YSZ, enabling stable operation up to 1200°C.
