The reactor vessel is available in two capacities, 65 mL and 100 mL, with precise digital temperature control featuring 30 programmable segments and ±1°C accuracy. A solenoid valve mounted on the flange automatically relieves pressure when it reaches a preset alarm threshold, enhancing operational safety. Real-time monitoring of temperature and pressure is supported via included software, with optional PC control compatible with LabVIEW for advanced process management.

The reactor includes a solenoid valve for automatic pressure relief and a precision pressure sensor. It is recommended to use a two-stage pressure regulator on the gas supply to limit pressure below 3 PSI for safety. Samples must be loaded inside small quartz or alumina boats; direct contact with the vessel is not advised to prevent damage. Gold or nickel foil can be used to wrap crucibles to reduce contamination. The processing tube is consumable and replaceable. For safety, the reactor and furnace should be operated inside an explosion-proof enclosure. Proper torque application on flange bolts is critical to avoid damage; a torque wrench is recommended.
