The machine consists of three modular sections for feeding, rolling, and winding, facilitating installation and maintenance. Proper alignment during setup is critical, especially when using the optional alignment control system. The rollers must not be used with materials harder than HRC 50 to avoid damage. Regular lubrication of roller bearings and cleaning with acetone after use are recommended to maintain performance and prevent corrosion. Multi-step thickness reduction is advised, with approximately 0.02 mm reduction per pass.
