DZF-6020 25 L Vacuum Drying Oven with Stainless Steel Chamber, PID Temperature Control, and KF25 Vacuum Port, Up to 200°C
The DZF-6020 vacuum drying oven is engineered for laboratory applications requiring controlled drying and heating of materials under reduced pressure. Its 25-liter stainless steel chamber provides a compact yet sufficient workspace, ideal for samples that benefit from moisture removal or heat treatment in a vacuum environment to prevent oxidation or contamination.
This oven operates continuously within a temperature range from room temperature plus 10°C up to 200°C, maintaining temperature stability with a digital PID controller accurate to ±1°C. The vacuum environment is established via a rear KF25 vacuum port compatible with mechanical vacuum pumps, enabling vacuum levels below 1 × 10⁻² Torr after bake-out. For applications demanding deeper vacuum, an optional turbomolecular pumping system can reduce pressures to 5 × 10⁻⁵ Torr at room temperature.

Typical Applications
Ideal for drying heat-sensitive materials, removing moisture from samples, curing, and thermal processing under vacuum to prevent oxidation or contamination. Commonly used in battery electrode fabrication, chemical sample preparation, and materials research requiring controlled atmosphere heating.
Configuration & Operating Notes
- The vacuum pump is not included and must be purchased separately; a double-stage rotary vane mechanical pump is recommended for standard vacuum operation.
- Optional accessories include a turbomolecular pumping system for deeper vacuum, four-pin electrical feedthrough for internal chamber connections, KF25 flexible vacuum hose, and flange adapters.
- Samples should be placed on the supplied stainless steel shelves; direct placement on the chamber floor is not advised.
- Maximum continuous operating temperature is 200°C; exceeding this may damage the oven or affect performance.
- The stainless steel chamber may experience slight deformation or loss of shine after high-temperature vacuum use, which does not impair functionality.
- Temperature uniformity of ±10°C applies primarily to the central 6″ × 6″ area at 100°C and 25 inHg vacuum.
- Confirm electrical voltage and certification requirements before ordering to ensure compliance with local standards.
- Ensure samples are compatible with vacuum heating and do not emit hazardous or corrosive vapors without proper safety measures.
