VBF-1400X Compact Vacuum Box Furnace with 1400°C Max Temperature, 6.2L Ceramic Heating Chamber, and Digital Temperature Controller
The VBF-1400X vacuum box furnace is engineered for laboratory applications requiring controlled high-temperature processing under vacuum conditions. Its compact design integrates a ceramic heating chamber measuring 260 mm wide by 200 mm deep and 120 mm high, providing approximately 6.2 liters of working volume. This chamber is housed within a stainless steel vacuum enclosure, enabling vacuum levels as low as 10⁻⁴ torr when paired with an appropriate turbopump and baking procedure.
This furnace is suitable for tasks such as material sintering, annealing, and heat treatment where contamination-free environments and precise temperature control are critical. The heating element consists of a molybdenum alloy resistance coil embedded within the ceramic chamber to resist corrosion and ensure durability. Temperature is monitored via an included S-type thermocouple and controlled with a digital controller capable of programming up to 30 temperature segments for complex thermal profiles.

Typical Applications
Ideal for sintering, annealing, and heat treatment of materials requiring vacuum environments to prevent oxidation or contamination. Commonly used in research laboratories for advanced materials processing, thin film preparation, and vacuum brazing.
Configuration & Operating Notes
The furnace includes a mechanical vacuum gauge and digital temperature controller as standard. Vacuum pumps and digital vacuum gauges are sold separately to accommodate different vacuum level requirements. The power cable is supplied without a plug; users must install a compatible plug according to local electrical standards. Proper handling of the molybdenum heating element and vacuum seals is recommended to ensure longevity and performance.
