OTF-1200X-PV-HVS High Vacuum Compact Tube Furnace with 1200°C Max Temperature, 8″ Quartz Heating Zone, and Integrated Turbo Vacuum System

The OTF-1200X-PV-HVS is engineered for laboratory applications requiring precise high-temperature treatment under high vacuum conditions. It integrates a compact tube furnace capable of reaching temperatures up to 1200°C with a high-performance turbo molecular vacuum pump system. This combination enables controlled atmosphere processing with vacuum levels reaching as low as 10^-6 torr, suitable for advanced material synthesis, thin film deposition, and vacuum annealing.

The heating chamber consists of a 60 mm outer diameter quartz tube sealed with vacuum flanges, allowing gas inlet/outlet and thermocouple feedthroughs. The system includes a mechanical vacuum gauge and a KF40 clamp connection to the turbopump, ensuring reliable vacuum integrity. Temperature is regulated by a PID controller with auto-tune capability, supporting up to 30 programmable segments for ramping, dwelling, and cooling with ±1°C accuracy.

Key Features

  • Maximum operating temperature of 1200°C for short durations; continuous operation up to 1100°C and 1000°C under vacuum
  • 8-inch (200 mm) single-zone heating with a uniform temperature zone of 2.3 inches (60 mm) ±2°C at 600°C
  • Integrated turbo molecular pump system achieving ultimate vacuum levels down to 10^-6 torr at ambient temperature
  • PID programmable temperature controller with 30 segments, over-temperature and thermocouple failure protection
  • Double-layer steel structure with cooling fans to maintain surface temperature below 70°C
  • Alumina fibrous insulation with alumina coating for enhanced energy efficiency and extended heating chamber life
  • Interchangeable heating module design for maintenance and customization
