The system features high-resolution travel control on both X and Y axes with 0.01mm precision and adjustable travel speeds ranging from 0.06 to 6 mm/min. The diamond wire moves at speeds up to 15 meters per second, with tension regulated by a compressive air pump to ensure consistent cutting quality.
