OTF-1500X-80-VTHV 1500°C Vacuum Vertical Tube Furnace with Sample Rotation and Manual Lifting System
The OTF-1500X-80-VTHV furnace is engineered for advanced laboratory processes requiring high-temperature vacuum treatment with uniform sample heating. It is ideal for sintering and heat treatment of materials under controlled vacuum or atmosphere conditions, ensuring consistent thermal exposure through its rotating crucible design. The vertical tube configuration facilitates easy installation and operation in limited lab spaces.
This vertical tube furnace incorporates a crucible suspended inside an 84 mm outer diameter mullite tube, which can be rotated by a DC motor under vacuum to achieve uniform sintering. The crucible is also manually liftable after opening the flange, allowing convenient sample changes without complex disassembly. The furnace structure employs a double-layer steel casing with air cooling to maintain external surface temperatures below 65°C, enhancing safety during operation.
