OTF-1200X-7Z-8 Seven-Zone Split Tube Furnace with 82.6″ Heating Length and 8″ ID Quartz Tube, Up to 1200°C
The OTF-1200X-7Z-8 furnace is engineered for laboratory processes demanding precise thermal management over a long heating zone. Its seven independently controlled heating zones span a total length of 2100 mm (82.6 inches), enabling the creation of a highly uniform temperature region of 1350 mm with a stability of ±2°C. This capability supports complex thermal profiles and gradient experiments in materials research and processing.
The furnace incorporates an 8-inch inner diameter quartz tube with stainless steel vacuum flanges, allowing for controlled atmosphere or vacuum conditions down to 10-5 torr with optional turbopumping. The system includes two needle valves for gas inlet and outlet, a pressure gauge, and a water-cooled flange jacket to maintain operational integrity under high temperatures up to 1200°C.
