This roller mill operates by rotating milling tanks between rollers that apply shear, impact, and compression forces to the material inside. The distance between rollers is adjustable from 50 mm to 215 mm, accommodating milling tanks from 50 mm to 215 mm in length and 70 mm to 260 mm in diameter. With the safety cover open and lock sensor disabled, tanks up to 300 mm diameter can be used. The unit includes four 2-liter milling tanks, with optional materials including stainless steel, corundum, polyurethane (PU), nylon, or stainless steel vacuum tanks for specialized applications.
