GSL-800-L High Vacuum and Pressure Chamber Furnace with 800°C Max Temperature and 3.5 Bar Pressure Capacity

The GSL-800-L furnace is engineered to support advanced laboratory heat treatments requiring both high vacuum and elevated pressure environments. It is particularly suited for applications such as vacuum sintering and heat treatment of superconducting materials like YBCO under high-pressure oxygen atmospheres. The furnace chamber, constructed from 310S stainless steel, maintains a clean environment up to Class 100 standards, ensuring contamination-free processing.

This model features a cubic usable chamber space of 500mm × 500mm × 500mm within a larger 720mm × 900mm deep chamber volume of 366 liters. The system supports vacuum levels down to 10⁻⁵ torr with a turbopump and mechanical pumping options, and can operate at absolute pressures up to 0.35 MPa (3.5 bar) depending on temperature. Safety is enhanced through integrated pressure sensors and electromagnetic relief valves that maintain and regulate chamber pressure automatically.

Key Features

  • 310S stainless steel chamber with water-cooled door for high cleanliness and durability.
  • Four heating zones including three circular and one bottom zone for uniform temperature distribution.
  • Maximum operating temperature of 800°C with ±10°C uniformity in flowing atmosphere.
  • Vacuum capability down to 10⁻⁵ torr using turbopump; mechanical pump standard.
  • Pressure control range from 0.01 MPa to 0.2 MPa with automatic maintenance and overpressure relief.
  • Seven K-type thermocouples for precise temperature monitoring inside and outside the chamber.
  • Integrated mass flow meter and electromagnetic needle valves for controlled gas intake and exhaust.
