GSL-1100X-RC-NI300 300 mL Ni-Based Superalloy High Pressure Reactor for Hydrothermal Synthesis up to 1100°C and 3 MPa
The GSL-1100X-RC-NI300 reactor is engineered to facilitate hydrothermal synthesis and heat treatment of materials under elevated oxygen or inert gas pressures. Its 300 mL capacity vessel, fabricated from a nickel-based superalloy (GH747), provides superior creep strength and oxidation resistance, enabling reliable operation at temperatures reaching 1100°C and pressures up to 3 MPa. This makes it especially suitable for preparing advanced materials requiring stringent high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
The reactor incorporates a solenoid valve mounted on the flange for automatic pressure relief, enhancing operational safety. Temperature control and pressure monitoring are managed via included software, allowing remote supervision and precise process control. The vessel is air-cooled through an aluminum heat radiator flange, and the heating element is a Fe-Cr-Al alloy capable of rapid heating and cooling rates up to 10°C per minute.

Configuration & Operating Notes
The reactor includes SS316 needle valve with pressure gauge and consumable copper gaskets. Users should select appropriate liners to prevent contamination depending on the material processed. Over-temperature and overpressure alarms with interlocks enhance safety. The high-pressure vessel must be operated inside an explosion-proof enclosure or isolated room. Remote operation via optional laptop and software is recommended. Proper torque application on flange screws is critical to avoid damage. Manual pressure relief valve should be used for venting to protect the solenoid valve’s service life.
