DZF-6020-HT400P Vacuum Oven with 25L Stainless Steel Chamber, Quartz Observation Window, 400°C Max Temperature, Flow Meter, Water Chiller & Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump
The DZF-6020-HT400P is designed for laboratory processes requiring precise temperature control under vacuum conditions, such as drying, curing, vacuum embedding, and plating. Its 25-liter stainless steel chamber (12 x 12 x 11 inches) provides ample space for sample processing while maintaining a controlled environment. The oven features a closable 4″ x 4″ quartz window on the front door, allowing clear observation of samples without compromising temperature uniformity.
This vacuum oven operates up to 400°C with a 30-segment programmable temperature controller that ensures PID precise control and built-in over-temperature protection. The radiant wall heating system promotes temperature uniformity within ±10°C at 100°C in a central 6″ x 6″ x 5″ area. The chamber is sealed with a silicone gasket supported by a water-cooled door flange to maintain vacuum integrity and prolong gasket life. Included accessories enhance operational efficiency and safety, such as two stainless steel shelves, a rotary vane vacuum pump with exhaust filter and KF-D25 inlet, a digital temperature-controlled recirculating water chiller, and a flow meter for gas flow monitoring.

Typical Applications
This vacuum oven is suitable for laboratory drying of moisture-sensitive materials, curing of coatings, vacuum embedding of samples, plating processes, and other applications requiring controlled heating under vacuum.
Configuration & Operating Notes
- Includes two stainless steel shelves for sample support.
- Water cooling is required for the silicone door gasket and door flange to maintain vacuum seal longevity; recommended water flow is 16 L/min.
- Use anti-corrosion coolant in the water chiller for optimal performance.
- Cooling temperature should be set between 15-20°C to prevent condensation or freezing inside cooling tubes.
- Slow cooling (<5°C/min) is advised to avoid thermal shock to the quartz window.
- RS-485 communication port is built-in for PC control; PC software and communication chip are available separately.
Certification
- CE Certified
- NRTL or CSA certification available upon request at additional cost
