The press integrates a Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) heatable die set available in 12, 20, or 25 mm inner diameters, capable of reaching temperatures up to 550°C. A programmable PID temperature controller with a type-K thermocouple provides precise thermal management with ±2°C accuracy. Pressure application is controlled digitally via an oil-less electric press system, supporting loads up to 5 tons (approximately 150 MPa) with fine load accuracy of ±0.005 tons.

The standard package includes the Silicon Nitride heatable die set with mold release rod and sleeve, upper and lower supporting plates, heat insulation plate with mica, heating jacket, copper adapter, and a programmable temperature controller. The electric oil-less press features a digital pressure controller with a built-in load cell and a digital display. An extension power cable with KF40 feedthrough is provided for glovebox integration.
Operators must wear protective goggles during use. Overloading the die beyond 5 tons is not recommended to avoid damage. For specific glovebox feedthrough solutions, contact the manufacturer or supplier.
