This automatic system integrates four main components: a roll to roll transport mechanism with tension control, a screen printing unit capable of handling screen frames up to 230 mm by 380 mm, an infrared drying oven with temperature control up to 150ºC, and a PLC-based touch screen for precise process control. The intermittent movement of the substrate allows for accurate layer deposition and drying in a continuous workflow.
