PTL-AADC 4-Position Angle Dependent Dip Coating Unit with Independent Speed and Duration Controls
The PTL-AADC is engineered for laboratory-scale nano-layer dip coating applications where precise control over film thickness and uniformity is critical. It enables substrates to be dipped into coating solutions at a controlled angle between 0 and 45 degrees, allowing simultaneous coating of both front and back surfaces with varying film thicknesses. This angle-dependent dipping reduces the number of coating steps needed to achieve desired thin film properties.
Equipped with four individual 150 ml glass beakers, the unit supports coating of up to four different substrates concurrently. Each beaker’s dipping parameters—including speed of immersion and withdrawal, dip duration, and drying time—can be independently programmed and controlled via a digital panel. The system incorporates a servo motor-driven lead screw actuator for precise vertical movement with a maximum stroke length of 75 mm.
