The furnace includes vacuum-sealed stainless steel flanges with integrated gauges and valves. Optional accessories such as smaller flanges with feedthrough ports, advanced vacuum fittings, digital vacuum gauges, and flow meters can be ordered separately to enhance functionality. For safe operation under vacuum and low-pressure conditions (below 0.2 bar), a two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on gas cylinders to limit pressure below 3 PSI. The quartz tube is rated for use up to 1000°C under vacuum pressures. The furnace casing features a double-layer steel structure with air cooling and high-purity alumina insulation for energy efficiency.
