The standard package includes the MSK-SFM-16 mixer, one 150 mL stainless steel vacuum container with dual helical ribbon blades, and a 24 VDC power adapter. Optional containers of 50 mL and 500 mL sizes can be purchased separately to accommodate different batch volumes.
A heating container option capable of reaching 200°C with precise temperature control is available for heated vacuum mixing; this option includes a 500 mL container and requires an external water cooling chiller to protect mechanical components. Protective shielding is provided with the heating option.
Users should ensure slurry volumes are within 20% to 70% of container capacity for optimal mixing performance. For very small slurry volumes or highly viscous materials, consultation before purchase is recommended. Filters to remove large particles from slurry can be ordered separately to improve mixing quality.
