This bottom-loading box furnace employs an electric hydraulic lift mechanism capable of handling up to 200 kg of sample weight, facilitating safe and ergonomic loading and unloading of heavy materials. The furnace chamber is constructed with high-quality alumina fiber bricks and silicon carbide (SiC) heating elements, providing excellent thermal insulation and uniform heating up to 1400°C continuous operation, with optional upgrade to 1700°C using molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) or molybdenum (Mo) elements.
