Operation is fully automated via a touch-screen computer control system that manages the entire sintering cycle. This includes door closing, vacuum evacuation to pressures as low as 1 x 10⁻⁶ Torr using a turbopump, controlled heating with a tungsten heating sleeve, soaking at target temperatures, cooling, and door opening. The system supports multi-segment programmable temperature profiles with ±1°C accuracy and inert gas purging capabilities.
