The MSK-2150-H5 can be upgraded to a 200 mm width model (MSK-2200-H5) if wider rollers are required. Rollers can be coated with PTFE for specialized applications such as lithium-metal electrode rolling. Users must avoid rolling materials harder than 50 HRC to prevent damage. Multi-step calendaring with thickness decrements not exceeding 0.02 mm per pass is recommended. Roller surfaces should be cleaned with acetone after each use and lubricated with anti-rust agents during idle periods to prevent corrosion.
The optional roll-to-roll unit (MSK-2150-RD or MSK-2200-RD) requires a separate 208-240 VAC power supply and is not supplied with the power plug. Alarm alerts and operational status are displayed on the touchscreen for safe and efficient use.
