This vertical single-zone furnace incorporates a nickel-based super-alloy tube with a 12 mm internal diameter and 600 mm length, designed to withstand high temperatures and corrosive environments. The tube is equipped with flanges and a mechanical pressure gauge, along with a safety relief valve that activates automatically at 0.3 MPa to ensure safe operation. A nickel alloy mesh inside the tube supports layered material loading for fluidization.

The system includes a secondary powder feeder with three separate zones connected via KF25 ports, limited to 3 bar maximum pressure. A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas supply to limit pressure below 3 PSI for safe operation. Optional accessories include a Eurotherm 3000 temperature controller with ±0.1°C accuracy and a laptop-based LabVIEW control system for advanced temperature profile management.
