MSK-HRP-MG2 High-Throughput Automatic Hot Rolling Machine for Alloy Deformation Strengthening Research with 32-Sample Batch Capacity
The MSK-HRP-MG2 is engineered to facilitate high-throughput experimental investigation of metallic alloy strengthening mechanisms via controlled hot rolling deformation. It enables researchers to process a batch of 32 samples sequentially under precisely regulated thermal and mechanical conditions, significantly accelerating alloy development workflows.
This laboratory-scale system integrates a rotary sample holder, induction heating, pneumatic sample transfer, and a dual-roller hot rolling press. Each sample is individually heated up to 950ºC by an oscillating induction coil with IR temperature feedback, then rolled with programmable thickness reduction and rolling speed. Post-rolling, samples are cooled rapidly using liquid nitrogen spray to temperatures as low as -50ºC, enabling study of microstructural evolution under varied thermal cycles.

It supports investigations into microstructural evolution, phase transformations, and mechanical property optimization through controlled hot rolling and rapid cooling cycles.
구성 및 작동 안내
The system requires a 30L liquid nitrogen tank for the cooling stage, which is not included. Users should ensure proper handling and safety measures for cryogenic liquids. The machine’s control software allows storage of up to 30 preset programs for efficient repeatability. Optional NRTL certification is available upon request at additional cost. Samples should have hardness below 28 HRC for optimal rolling performance.
