This furnace achieves a maximum temperature of 2000°C within a heating chamber sized at 150 mm diameter by 200 mm height, using a consumable tungsten heating sleeve. The vacuum chamber is water-cooled stainless steel (SS304) with multiple ports for vacuum generation, gauges, and gas inlet/outlet, enabling vacuum levels down to 1 x 10⁻⁶ Torr via a 300 L/s turbopump. The system includes a touch-screen interface for multi-segment temperature programming and remote communication via RS485 and MODBUS RTU protocols.
