The oven maintains vacuum levels below 0.05 torr at room temperature and can operate at pressures under 5 psig. It integrates a digital temperature controller with 50 programmable segments and ±1°C accuracy, ensuring precise thermal profiles. A built-in flowmeter allows controlled purging with inert gases at flow rates between 50 and 500 ml/min, enhancing process atmosphere control. The door features a silicone gasket with water cooling to maintain seal integrity at elevated temperatures, supported by optional recirculating water chillers.
