YLJ3TPSCHT Solid-State Battery Heating and Pressurizing Analysis System

The YLJ3TPSCHT system is engineered to investigate the performance characteristics of solid-state battery materials by applying controlled heating and mechanical pressure. This setup is essential for researchers aiming to understand how solid-state electrolytes and electrodes behave under combined thermal and mechanical stress conditions relevant to battery operation.

The system integrates a pressurization unit capable of delivering up to 3 tons of force with precise control, alongside a heating module that can raise temperatures to 150°C. The combination allows for simulation of real-world battery assembly and testing environments, facilitating advanced material analysis and optimization.

Key Features

  • Electric pressurization with DC 24V power supply and 90W power consumption.
  • Maximum pressing force of 3 tons with a 25mm stroke and 58mm diameter work surface.
  • Three automatic pressurization modes: constant pressure, non-constant pressure, and intermittent constant pressure.
  • Heating module with PID control, capable of temperatures up to 150°C and ±1°C accuracy.
  • Solid-state battery test cells made from PEEK or Nylon sleeves with stainless steel die cores; optional gold-plated pressure bars and split test cells for pouch batteries.
  • Integrated 8-channel battery analyzer with independent programmable current and voltage sources (0.02 mA to 10 mA, up to 5 Vdc).
  • Comprehensive software for real-time monitoring and export of temperature, pressure, and charge/discharge curves.
