The system’s 6-inch color touchscreen controller allows users to set dipping positions, speeds, distances, dwell times, and the number of dipping cycles for each position, streamlining complex multilayer coating protocols.

Hinweise zur Konfiguration und zum Betrieb

The system includes five 150 mL beakers and a sample holder for two substrates. Each liquid position shares the same programmed parameters, but the device automatically rotates the liquid-holder disk to dip samples sequentially. Optional custom programming is available upon request for specialized coating protocols. For improved film quality, pretreatment of substrates with plasma cleaning and solution homogenization via ultrasonic processing is recommended but not included.
