The furnace includes two types of processing tubes with flanges, each equipped with pressure monitoring devices and safety valves. The quartz tube is limited to pressures below 0.02 MPa, while the super alloy tube supports higher pressures up to 2.5 MPa depending on temperature. A KF25 port on the bottom flange allows connection to a vacuum pump, which is sold separately. For safe operation, a two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on gas cylinders to maintain pressure below 3 PSI.
Optional accessories include a laptop with LabVIEW-based temperature control software for recipe management and data logging. The furnace complies with CE certification, with additional NRTL or CSA certification available at extra cost.
