OTF-1200X-PGEP 1.7MHz Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis Furnace with 1200°C Max for Nanoparticle Synthesis and AACVD

The OTF-1200X-PGEP is engineered for advanced laboratory synthesis of nanoparticles, particularly core-shell structures, by combining ultrasonic aerosol generation with high-temperature pyrolysis. This system addresses the challenge of producing nanoparticles with controlled size, morphology, and nano/microstructure by integrating three key subsystems: an ultrasonic enhanced aerosol generator, a tube furnace for thermal decomposition, and an electrostatic precipitator for nanoparticle collection.

The ultrasonic aerosol generator operates at 1.7 MHz frequency, producing fine droplets below 10 microns without heat generation, thus preserving solution integrity. Aerosols are transported through a heated elongated Tee tube to prevent condensation before entering the tube furnace. The furnace provides a controlled thermal environment up to 1200°C (continuous operation at 1100°C), facilitating chemical and physical transformations of the aerosolized precursors. Nanoparticles formed are then efficiently collected by an electrostatic precipitator operating up to 30 kV, ensuring high collection efficiency from the carrier gas flow.
