Typische Anwendungsbereiche
Ideal for sintering, annealing, and heat treatment of advanced ceramics, metals, and composite materials under vacuum or controlled atmospheres. Commonly used in materials science research, chemical synthesis, and semiconductor processing laboratories.
Hinweise zur Konfiguration und zum Betrieb
The furnace includes one alumina tube, a pair of vacuum flanges with double silicone O-rings, four ceramic tube blocks, four heating elements, and a B-type thermocouple. Vacuum gauge and needle valves are installed on the flanges for immediate vacuum operation. Users should perform temperature calibration before use to ensure accuracy. Tube supports are recommended to prevent bending at high temperatures. The gas pressure supplied must be limited below 3 PSI with a two-stage regulator, and gas flow rates should not exceed 200 SCCM. Vacuum operation is safely recommended up to 1500°C. Optional accessories include digital vacuum gauges, mobile carts, advanced temperature controllers, and vacuum pump suites sold separately.
