The device supports variable sample holder speeds and adjustable pressure loads ranging from 0 to 5 Newtons, controlled by an internal spring mechanism. An automatic timer allows operation from zero up to 99 hours, enabling unattended polishing cycles. The UNIPOL-300 operates on switchable AC power supplies (110V and 208-240V, 50/60Hz), making it suitable for global use.

Configuration & Operating Notes
The standard package includes two 1″ diameter sample holders (one for flat samples and one for bulk samples), one rubber polishing collar, one 3″ glass lapping plate, three 3″ poromeric polishing pads for final polishing, a set of three diamond paste syringes (0.25, 1.0, and 3.0 micron grit), an AC power cord, and an operation manual. Additional rubber collars and glass lapping plates are available as optional accessories.
Users should ensure samples are securely mounted and compatible with the sample holders. The adjustable pressure and variable speed settings allow optimization for different materials and polishing requirements. The unit is CE certified; however, NRTL certification is not currently available.
