YLJ-CIP-100 Electric Cold Isostatic Press with 100 mm ID Vessel, 500 MPa Max Pressure, 450T Hydraulic Pump

The YLJ-CIP-100 is engineered to facilitate the cold isostatic pressing of ceramic and other powder materials into dense, uniform shapes such as rods, disks, or targets. This model utilizes a 450 metric ton electric hydraulic pump to apply isotropic pressure within a cylindrical vessel, ensuring consistent compaction without directional bias. The pressing process is ideal for producing high-density samples that require uniform mechanical properties.

This system features a 100 mm inner diameter cold isostatic pressing vessel capable of generating pressures up to 500 MPa. Pressure is precisely controlled and displayed digitally in kilonewtons, with an accuracy of ±1% achieved through manual hydraulic oil valve adjustment. The press includes a digital control panel with an integrated paper printer to record pressing strength data, supporting detailed process documentation.

Key Features

  • 450 metric ton electric hydraulic pump delivering up to 450T pressing force.
  • 100 mm inner diameter CIP vessel with maximum pressure capacity of 500 MPa (392 tons force).
  • Digital pressure display in kilonewtons with ±1% accuracy via manual valve adjustment.
  • Electric hydraulic pump powered by 220V±10% AC single phase, 50/60 Hz, 2000W motor; optional transformer for 110V use.

Typical Applications

This cold isostatic press is widely used in the preparation of high-density ceramic components such as rods, disks, and targets for research and industrial applications. It is particularly suited for materials requiring uniform compaction without directional stress, including advanced ceramics and powder metallurgy samples.

Configuration & Operating Notes

Optional CIP dies with different inner diameters (e.g., 60 mm, 80 mm) are available to accommodate various sample sizes. Users may employ liquid rubber sealants or vacuum sealing techniques to protect samples from air contamination during pressing. The press cover must be securely closed before operation to ensure safety. Additional accessories such as pressing dies for dry pressing are available separately.
