GSL-MW-25 Microwave Heated Tube Furnace with Up to 1200°C Max Temperature and Optional Quartz Tube Diameters
The GSL-MW-25 microwave heated tube furnace is engineered for laboratory applications requiring controlled high-temperature environments with rapid heating capabilities. It supports continuous operation up to 1100°C and can reach a maximum temperature of 1200°C for short durations under 30 minutes, making it suitable for advanced material synthesis, thermal processing, and research requiring precise temperature control.
This furnace accommodates quartz tubes with outer diameters of 25 mm, 40 mm, or 50 mm, allowing flexibility in sample size and experimental setups. The quartz tube is vacuum-sealed with a flange that includes a valve, gauge, and thermocouple feedthrough, enabling vacuum conditions down to 10⁻⁵ torr when used with a turbopump. The design incorporates stainless steel and aluminum shielding to protect against microwave radiation leakage.
