This multifunctional coater supports a range of coating methods, including blade and slot-die techniques, to optimize film quality and thickness control.
The system integrates a vacuum chuck made from aluminum alloy with micro-sized holes to securely hold substrates during coating. Rapid infrared heating on the top side combined with resistance heating on the bottom side allows precise temperature control up to 120°C, with a heating rate of up to 1.2°C per second. A digital temperature controller maintains accuracy within ±1°C, ensuring consistent drying and curing conditions for coated films.
