This system integrates a three-zone tube furnace with a glovebox equipped with a high-performance purification system, enabling seamless transfer of samples without exposure to ambient air.
The furnace features three independently controlled heating zones, each 200 mm in length, allowing precise temperature profiling up to a maximum of 1500°C. The alumina tube is available in two diameters (80 mm OD × 74 mm ID or optionally 100 mm OD × 96 mm ID), sealed with air-tight flanges and equipped with a gate valve for direct connection to the glovebox. This design facilitates air-free sample handling post heat treatment.
