This configuration enables precise thermal treatments up to 1500°C while maintaining an inert environment with oxygen and humidity levels below 1 ppm, critical for sensitive sample integrity.

The glovebox chamber, constructed from stainless steel with dimensions 1200 mm length, 740 mm width, and 900 mm height, features a hinged front door for easy sample loading. A high-performance purification system ensures ultra-low contamination, while an air-tight flange with valve and vacuum gauge connects the glovebox to the alumina tube furnace. The furnace includes two independently controlled heating zones, each 200 mm in length, with precise temperature regulation via Eurotherm controllers accurate to ±0.1°C. A fast cooling zone enhances process control by enabling rapid sample cooldown.
