The oven achieves temperatures up to 900°C with a tightly controlled uniformity of ±2°C within a central 12x12x12″ zone. It maintains vacuum levels as low as 10-5 torr, combining a dual-stage rotary vane pump and an optional turbopump for enhanced vacuum performance. The sliding door is water-cooled to facilitate safe and convenient sample loading while preserving the vacuum seal.
