This electric hot rolling press incorporates 300mm wide rollers made from 9Cr3Mo steel with a chromium surface coating exceeding 0.08mm thickness, achieving a hardness of HRC 65-70. The rollers are heated by infrared tubes to a maximum of 150°C, maintaining temperature uniformity within ±5°C over a 200mm zone. The hydraulic pressure system ensures stable and adjustable pressure up to 30 tons, controlled via a touchscreen PLC interface that also manages rolling speed and logs process data.

구성 및 작동 안내

The machine includes a pneumatic pressure regulation system and a PLC touchscreen controller for easy operation. An optional roll-to-roll system (MSK-E2300RD) can be integrated to enable continuous substrate processing. Users must clean rollers with ethanol or acetone after each use and keep them dry to prevent corrosion. Materials harder than 60HRC should not be processed to avoid damage. Multi-step rolling with thickness decrements not exceeding 0.02 mm per pass is recommended for thick samples. Roller heating beyond 120°C may cause deformation and reduce roller lifespan. Regular lubrication of roller bearings is advised to maintain performance.
