For coating larger substrates up to 12″ x 24″, a customized extended panel holder can be installed to accommodate larger immersion tanks that exceed the standard platform size. The system is CE certified, with additional NRTL or CSA certifications available upon request.
To improve coating quality, substrate surface treatment such as plasma cleaning is recommended prior to dipping. Ultrasonic processing of the coating solution can also enhance dispersion and homogeneity. The dip coater can be operated inside fume hoods or integrated with dry ovens for controlled environmental conditions.
