The standard package includes the 40T hydraulic pressing machine with the electronic hydraulic pump, an Allen hex wrench set, and a manual CD. The KF40 feedthrough and longer hydraulic hoses are optional and must be ordered separately. Pressing dies of various diameters are also available as optional accessories.
Users should ensure particle sizes are below 30 microns to avoid damage to the pressing die components and clean the dies thoroughly after each use, preferably with ethanol. The hydraulic cylinder piston should not be raised beyond its maximum travel of 25 mm. Protective goggles are mandatory during operation for safety.
