The furnace features a cylindrical heating chamber measuring 55 mm internal diameter by 145 mm height, lined with high-purity alumina fiber for efficient insulation and energy conservation. The stainless steel 316 case provides corrosion resistance and thermal protection, keeping the external surface temperature below 80°C during operation. The temperature controller unit supports a 30-segment programmable profile with PID and autotune functions, maintaining temperature accuracy within ±1°C and including overheating protection.
