Temperature uniformity is achieved through five-sided heating combined with four layers of SS310 reflective plates inside the SS304 chamber, delivering ±2°C stability within a 12″x12″x12″ central zone. The sliding door design, equipped with water cooling, facilitates safe and convenient sample loading while preserving the vacuum seal. Integrated vacuum ports and gas inlet/outlet fittings support flexible vacuum and gas flow configurations, including options for turbo pump integration.
